JUNE 25TH, 10 AM...COME JOIN IN THE FUN AND HELP CLEAN OUT THE BACK BAND ROOM! COME CELEBRATE IN THE FINDINGS...SOMEONE COULD WIN A PRIZE!

WE DO NEED CLEANING SUPPLIES, SO PLEASE BRING SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVE AT HOME. (SPONGES, BUCKETS, SOAP, CLEANING SPRAY, etc). DPMC WILL PROVIDE RUBBER GLOVES..

MICHELE, would you check with the janitors to see if there might be paper towels and cleaning supples available? After all, we will be helping them out tremendously.

ALSO, WE WILL POSTPONE THE CLEANING UP OF THE CONCESSION STAND AT THIS TIME. WE HAVE A POWER SPRAY AVAILABLE TO US AT A LATER DATE. PLUS, WE DON'T WANT TO RUSH THROUGH THE BAND ROOM AND MISS ANYTHING.

THE DPMC WILL PROVIDE COFFEE, JUICE AND DONUTS FREE FOR THOSE WHO COME HELP OUT. (COULD IT BE KRISPY KREMES? COME AND SEE!)

TIME - 10 AM, FRIDAY, JUNE 25 UNTIL DONE! (PLAN ON A FEW HOURS....LIKE 5-6 HRS)

PLEASE TRY TO BE THERE. THE MORE HAND AVAILABLE, THE LESS TIME IT WILL TAKE US ALL.
