Good Times at Band Camp

On a warm, sunny August day the 2007 DHS Green Wave Marching Band loaded up the school busses and equipment truck with instruments, flags, water bottles, and drill books, and headed up to Lake Ossipee. The band spent three days working on drill, basics, choreography and music as they prepared this year's show, entitled "La Nouba." The fall schedule includes competitions in Wells, Biddeford, South Portland, and Sanford, and performances at the Eastern States Exhibition in Springfield, MA, Apple Harvest Day, the Salem, NH Band Show, at the DHS home football games and local holiday parades, and at the 38th Annual Dover Band Show on October 13.
