You can get the application form as a WORD document here.

If you don't have WORD you can get this document and version of the application form that can be viewed on any Windows computer by clicking the links in this paragraph.

Please note that the DEADLINE in these documents DOES NOT APPLY!!! We will be taking applications up to Nov 1, 2005. First come first served as far as table space.

Leave a comment with your email address if you cannot view either of these files and I will contact you. - Dan Arnold

* Crafters must provide their own tables and "personal use" chairs.
* Some tables are available at an additional cost of $15.00 per table.
* Each space accommodates an 8 foot table. You are limited to your table space and area immediately behind it. Please do not extend your space beyond the taped area in front of your space in order not to block other crafters displays.
* PLEASE NOTE: Spaces are reserved on a "first come, first served" basis. Since this is a very popular event we cannot guarantee a space for every crafter who wants one. Responding promptly to this announcement gives you the best chance.
* Crafters who need electricity must provide their own UL approved, 14 gauge, heavy duty cord (no household cords). Because the number of outlets is limited, we may restrict the number of crafters using electricity.
* Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.
* A confirmation letter will be sent to you about 3 weeks before the fair. Deposits will be refunded to those crafters whom we were unable to accommodate.
* The Committee reserves the right to limit the number of crafters who sell the same type of handicraft. We do our best to separate crafters selling similar items but may not be able to do so.
* Set up time is 7:00AM on the day of the fair. No one other than committee members and custodial staff will be allowed in the building before that time.
* Out of consideration for other crafters, please DO NOT begin to break down your display before 2:30PM.
* We reserve the right to limit food sales. Generally, baked goods and hot foods cannot be sold by crafters. You must get prior approval from the committee to sell ANY food products.
* We are very proud of the high quality of handicrafts that crafters have brought to sell at our fair. Therefore, only items that are hand crafted by the individual vendors are allowed.
* No raffles, literature for nonprofit organizations or commercial product endorsements.
* DPMC will have a food booth at the fair where you can buy coffee/doughnuts and lunch.
* Craft Fair Committee members will be on site by 7:00AM and floor plans will be available to help you locate your space. If you have any questions, someone from the committee will be available throughout the day to help you.
